fantastic stay, some minor issues
friendly staff spacious room luxurious room great location
the staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and luxurious. breakfast had many options and the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel is well maintained and in a great location.
the elevators could be slow. sometimes i waited a long time. this was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.

the hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions. taxis are readily available. the hop-on bus to the mall runs every hour until 9 pm.

amazing variety spacious room superb service
the breakfast had amazing variety. i particularly enjoyed the gluten-free options (i have a slight allergy). the room was spacious. it also had a superb, large bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
the elevators took a little while to arrive at times.

the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to several attractions.
i found the air conditioning inadequate. the room did not cool sufficiently, and the temperature was uncomfortable. this issue impacted my sleep quality.

excellent service standard
dining options professional staff comfortable accommodation
the hotel boasts several dining options i found a delicious international fare on offer the professional staff demonstrated eagerness to assist at all times they showed pride in their duties. my upgrade to the executive lounge proved beneficial the accommodations were comfortable and spacious i appreciated that i had ample room to work and relax.
the location is acceptable though not excellent and the lobby area can become very noisy during peak times i found this a slight drawback.

the hotel is near many amenities and transport links i found it easy to get around the location allowed convenient access to various attractions.

the hotel staff maintained an high standard of service at all times this included the front desk and the dining areas. i observed staff handling requests efficiently and with a friendly attitude i found the service was constantly good.
